Operation principle of power failure and transmission of busbar processing machine transformer
facebooktwitterlinkedin

The bus bar processing machine has three processing units: cutting, punching, and bending. The main function is to process copper and aluminum bus bars of different specifications. You can cut the copper and aluminum bars conveniently and quickly with the corresponding processing unit. Cutting, punching (round hole, waist hole), flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, flattening, twisting, crimping cable joints and other different processing.

Today, what is the operating principle of the power failure of the busbar processing machine transformer?

Before shutting down and transmitting power, you must first close the neutral point grounding knife. Pay attention that the zero sequence protection should correspond to the neutral point grounding method of the transformer.

The switching on and off of the transformer must be operated with a circuit breaker, and it is not allowed to use a knife to pull and close any no-load transformer.

The power transmission operation should be carried out in the order of the power side first and then the load side, and the power failure operation should be carried out in the order of the load side first and then the power side. Reverse charging of the transformer from the low-voltage side is prohibited (applicable to step-down transformers).

Before the transformer is powered on, the main protection such as heavy gas protection must be placed in the trip position.

The cooling device should be activated 30 minutes before the main transformer is put into operation.

Before the newly installed and overhauled transformer is put into operation, it should be closed five times under the rated voltage, and the transformer with the replacement coil should be closed three times. If possible, the generator should be used to zero-up the voltage before the rated voltage is normal. Under the impact closing test.

Newly installed transformers and transformers that may cause phase changes, must be checked by the maintenance personnel through the method of line inspection and verification before putting into operation, to confirm the phase is correct, and to make a detailed written report.
